目的:分析彩色多普勒超声在乳腺结节良恶性鉴别诊断中的价值.方法:收治乳腺结节患者163例,术后经病理检查证实恶性结节67例,良性结节96例.患者术前均接受彩色多普勒超声检查.结果:67例恶性结节经超声诊断准确 58 例,96 例良性结节经超声诊断准确 77 例,超声诊断准确率、敏感性、特异性分别为 82.82%(135/163)、89.53%(77/86)、89.23%(58/65).恶性结节中血流丰富比例明显多于良性结节(P<0.05).结论:彩色多普勒超声在乳腺结节良恶性鉴别诊断中有一定的临床应用价值,可根据血流丰富情况进行鉴别.

Objective:To analyze the value of color doppler ultrasound in the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant breast nodules.Methods:163 patients with breast nodules were selected.67 cases of malignant nodules were confirmed by pathological examination after operation,and 96 cases were benign nodules.The patients were given color doppler ultrasound examination before surgery.Results:58 cases were accurate diagnosis by ultrasound in 67 cases of malignant nodules.77 cases were accurate diagnosis by ultrasound in 96 cases of benign nodules.The ultrasound diagnostic accuracy,sensitivity and specificity were respectively 82.82%(135/163),89.53%(77/86),89.23%(58/65).The proportion of rich flow signals in the malignant nodules was significantly more than that of the benign nodules(P<0.05).Conclusion:The color doppler ultrasound in the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant breast nodules has a certain clinical application value,it can be identified according to the rich flow signals.
