目的:探讨多层螺旋CT在诊断周围型小肺癌中的应用.方法:收治周围型小肺癌患者30例,对其进行多层螺旋 CT 扫描和靶病灶薄层扫描,对周围型小肺癌分叶征、血管穿过征、血管集束征、毛刺征、支气管气相、空泡征、胸膜凹陷征、晕征等征象进行分析.结果:分叶征、短毛刺征、支气管气相、空泡征、血管集束征的检出率提高.结论:多层螺旋CT靶扫描对周围型小肺癌征象的显示较佳,对周围型小肺癌的临床诊断提供重要的依据.

목적:탐토다층라선CT재진단주위형소폐암중적응용.방법:수치주위형소폐암환자30례,대기진행다층라선 CT 소묘화파병조박층소묘,대주위형소폐암분협정、혈관천과정、혈관집속정、모자정、지기관기상、공포정、흉막요함정、훈정등정상진행분석.결과:분협정、단모자정、지기관기상、공포정、혈관집속정적검출솔제고.결론:다층라선CT파소묘대주위형소폐암정상적현시교가,대주위형소폐암적림상진단제공중요적의거.
Objective:To explore the application of multi slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of peripheral small lung cancer.Methods:30 patients with peripheral small lung cancer were selected.They were given multi slice spiral CT scan and target lesion thin layer scanning.The lobulation sign,blood vessels passing sign,blood vessel set sign,spicule sign,bronchial gas phase,vacuole sign, pleural indentation sign,halo sign and other signs of peripheral small lung cancer were analyzed.Results:The detectable rates of lobulation sign,short spicule sign,bronchiole gas phase,bubble sign and blood vessel set sign were improved.Conclusion:The multi slice spiral CT targeted scan has a better show for peripheral small lung cancer signs,provides an important basis for the clinical diagnosis of peripheral small lung cancer.
