目的:探讨中西医结合治疗阴虚阳亢型老年性高血压患者的效果.方法:收治阴虚阳亢型老年性高血压患者78例,随机分为对照组和试验组各39例,对照组使用西医降压药物治疗,试验组在对照组基础上加服十味汤,比较两组治疗效果.结果:试验组,显效率64.1%,总有效率94.9%,明显高于对照组的30.8%、66.7%(P<0.05).结论:十味汤联合西医降压药物治疗阴虚阳亢型老年性高血压患者的效果显著.

목적:탐토중서의결합치료음허양항형노년성고혈압환자적효과.방법:수치음허양항형노년성고혈압환자78례,수궤분위대조조화시험조각39례,대조조사용서의강압약물치료,시험조재대조조기출상가복십미탕,비교량조치료효과.결과:시험조,현효솔64.1%,총유효솔94.9%,명현고우대조조적30.8%、66.7%(P<0.05).결론:십미탕연합서의강압약물치료음허양항형노년성고혈압환자적효과현저.
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment for senile hypertension with Yin Xu Yang Kang type.Methods:78 patients with senile hypertension with Yin Xu Yang Kang type were selected,they were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group with 39 cases in each group,the control group was treated with western medicine of antihypertensive drugs,the experimental group was treated with Shi Wei soup on the basis of the control group,we compared the effect of the two groups.Results:In the experimental group,the effective rate was 64.1%, and the total effective rate was 94.9% ,which were significantly higher than 30.8% and 66.7% of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:The clinical effect of Shi Wei soup combined with western medicine of antihypertensive drugs in the treatment of senile hypertension with Yin Xu Yang Kang type was significant.
