目的:探讨射频靶点热凝术联合针灸治疗腰椎间盘突出的临床疗效.方法:收治腰椎间盘突出症患者 120例,按治疗方式分为:A组(联合治疗组40例)、B组(单纯射频治疗组40例)、C组(单纯针灸治疗组40例).结果:3组治疗后的VAS评分与术前相比均明显降低(P<0.01),A组与B组、C组相比降低更明显(P<0.05);采用Macnab标准评价,A组患者术后6个月优良率高于B组及C组(P<0.05).结论:射频靶点热凝术联合针灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症的效果显著,优于单独应用射频及针灸疗法.
목적:탐토사빈파점열응술연합침구치료요추간반돌출적림상료효.방법:수치요추간반돌출증환자 120례,안치료방식분위:A조(연합치료조40례)、B조(단순사빈치료조40례)、C조(단순침구치료조40례).결과:3조치료후적VAS평분여술전상비균명현강저(P<0.01),A조여B조、C조상비강저경명현(P<0.05);채용Macnab표준평개,A조환자술후6개월우량솔고우B조급C조(P<0.05).결론:사빈파점열응술연합침구치료요추간반돌출증적효과현저,우우단독응용사빈급침구요법.
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of radiofrequency target point combined with acupuncture in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods:120 patients with lumbar disc herniation were selected,they were divided into the A group(combined treatment group),the B group(Only with radio frequency treatment group) and the C group(only with acupuncture treatment group),with 40 cases in each group.Results:After the treatment,the VAS scores of the three groups were significantly lower than before the treatment(P<0.01),and the A group was significantly lower than that in the B group and C group(P<0.05);When we evaluated by Macnab standard,the excellent and good rate after 6 months in the A group was higher than that in the B group and the C group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Radiofrequency target point combined with acupuncture has remarkable effect on the treatment of lumbar disc,and it is better than the application of radio frequency or acupuncture therapy alone.
