目的:探讨养血活血法治疗老年性干眼症的临床效果.方法:收治老年性干眼症患者80例(157眼),随机分为治疗组42例(81眼)和对照组38例(76眼),治疗组采用养血活血法治疗,对照组采用玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗,比较两组的治疗效果.结果:治疗后,治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05).治疗后,治疗组的症状评分、泪液分泌量、泪膜破裂时间明显改善(P<0.05),且治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05).结论:养血活血法治疗老年性干眼症的效果优于玻璃酸钠滴眼液,对老年性干眼症的治疗安全、有效.
목적:탐토양혈활혈법치료노년성간안증적림상효과.방법:수치노년성간안증환자80례(157안),수궤분위치료조42례(81안)화대조조38례(76안),치료조채용양혈활혈법치료,대조조채용파리산납적안액치료,비교량조적치료효과.결과:치료후,치료조총유효솔명현고우대조조(P<0.05).치료후,치료조적증상평분、루액분비량、루막파렬시간명현개선(P<0.05),차치료조우우대조조(P<0.05).결론:양혈활혈법치료노년성간안증적효과우우파리산납적안액,대노년성간안증적치료안전、유효.
Objective:To explore the curative effect of nourishing and activating blood treatment of senile xerophthalmia.Methods:80 cases(157 eyes) of senile patients with xerophthalmia were selected,they were randomly divided into the treatment group of 42 cases(81 eyes) and the control group of 38 cases(76 eyes),the treatment group was treated by nourishing and activating blood treatment,the control group was treated with hyaluronic acid sodium eye drops treatment,we compared two groups of treatment effect.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the symptom scores,tear secretion,tear break-up time of treatment group was significantly improved(P<0.05),and the treatment group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of nourishing and activating blood treatment for senile xerophthalmia was better than the hyaluronic acid sodium eye drops,and the treatment for senile xerophthalmia was safe and effective.
