目的:探讨高压氧对豚鼠超长随意扩张皮瓣成活率的影响.方法:将英国中型白毛豚鼠30只随机分为两组(高压氧组和对照组),每组各15只,分别给予高压氧干预处理与不处理.术后9 d计算各组皮瓣的存活面积比,取皮瓣中段组织计算新生微血管数量,以免疫组化法检测 CD34 表达的差异.结果:高压氧组皮瓣的存活面积百分比(70.04±0.04)%,高于对照组的(41.07±0.02)%,P<0.05.高压氧组每高倍镜血管数(14.62±6.53),高于对照组的(7.79±2.12),P<0.05.结论:高压氧可以改善皮瓣血供,进而提高扩张皮瓣的存活.

목적:탐토고압양대돈서초장수의확장피판성활솔적영향.방법:장영국중형백모돈서30지수궤분위량조(고압양조화대조조),매조각15지,분별급여고압양간예처리여불처리.술후9 d계산각조피판적존활면적비,취피판중단조직계산신생미혈관수량,이면역조화법검측 CD34 표체적차이.결과:고압양조피판적존활면적백분비(70.04±0.04)%,고우대조조적(41.07±0.02)%,P<0.05.고압양조매고배경혈관수(14.62±6.53),고우대조조적(7.79±2.12),P<0.05.결론:고압양가이개선피판혈공,진이제고확장피판적존활.
Objective:To investigate the effect of hyperbaric oxygen on the survival rate of the ultra long random expanded skin flaps in guinea pigs.Methods:30 British medium-sized white guinea pigs were randomly divided into two groups(the hyperbaric oxygen group and the control group) with 15 cases in each,they were given hyperbaric oxygen intervention and no intervention respectively.After 9 days,we calculated the survival area of the skin flap of each group,calculated the number of new blood vessels in the middle of the skin flap,and detected the differences in expression of CD34 by immunohistochemical method.Results:In hyperbaric oxygen group,the percentage of survival area of skin flap with (70.04±0.04)% was higher than (41.07±0.02)% of the control group,P<0.05.In hyperbaric oxygen group,the number of vessels at each high power mirror of (14.62±6.53) was higher than (7.79±2.12) of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Hyperbaric oxygen can improve the blood supply of the skin flap,and then increase the survival of the expanded skin flap.
