目的:探究苇茎汤加减配合西药治疗老年肺炎的患者疗效及其对生活质量的影响.方法:收治老年肺炎患者150例,按照数字表法分成两组,每组75例,对照组予以加替沙星治疗,研究组予以苇茎汤联合加替沙星治疗,比较两组的疗效及生活质量.结果:研究组治疗总有效率明显优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者躯体疼痛、情感功能、精神状况评分均高于对照组(P<0.05).结论:苇茎汤加减配合西药治疗老年肺炎患者,既可提高临床疗效,还可改善生活质量.
목적:탐구위경탕가감배합서약치료노년폐염적환자료효급기대생활질량적영향.방법:수치노년폐염환자150례,안조수자표법분성량조,매조75례,대조조여이가체사성치료,연구조여이위경탕연합가체사성치료,비교량조적료효급생활질량.결과:연구조치료총유효솔명현우우대조조(P<0.05);연구조환자구체동통、정감공능、정신상황평분균고우대조조(P<0.05).결론:위경탕가감배합서약치료노년폐염환자,기가제고림상료효,환가개선생활질량.
Objective:To explore the influence on the curative effect and life quality of Weijing decoction adjusted with western medicine in the treatment of patients with senile pneumonia.Methods:150 patients with senile pneumonia were selected.They were divided into two groups with 75 cases in each according to the number table method.The control group was given gatifloxacin treatment.The study group was given Weijing decoction combined with gatifloxacin treatment.The curative effects and life qualities of two groups were compared.Results:The treatment total effective rate of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The physical pain,emotional function and mental status of patients in the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Weijing decoction adjusted with western medicine in the treatment of patients with senile pneumonia not only can improve the clinical curative effect,but also can improve the life quality.
