目的:探讨重组人干扰素α1b治疗儿童病毒性呼吸道感染的临床效果.方法:收治病毒性呼吸道感染患儿120例,随机分为治疗组及对照组各60例.治疗组在常规治疗基础上给予重组人干扰素α1b、盐酸氨溴索、注射用水雾化;对照组给予常规治疗.结果:两组治疗总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).结论:重组人干扰素α1b雾化治疗病毒性呼吸道感染疗效确定,是社区治疗病毒性呼吸道感染的好方法.

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of recombinant human interferon α1b in the treatment of children with viral respiratory tract infections.Methods:120 children with viral respiratory tract infection were selected,they were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with 60 cases in each.The treatment group were treated with recombinant human interferon alpha 1b,ambroxol hydrochloride injection,water atomization on the basis of routine treatment;the control group received the conventional treatment.Results:The total treatment effective rate of the two groups had statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:The effect of recombinant human interferon α 1b in the treatment of viral respiratory tract infection is determined.It is a good method for the treatment of viral respiratory tract infections in the community.
