目的:探讨输尿管钬激光碎石治疗嵌顿输尿管结石的安全性和有效性.方法:收治嵌顿输尿管结石患者60例,给予体外冲击碎石治疗(对照组)和输尿管镜钬激光碎石治疗(观察组).结果:观察组治疗有效率显著高于对照组,观察组复发率明显低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:和传统的体外冲击碎石方式相比较,输尿管镜激光碎石技术更值得推广.

Objective:To investigate the safety and efficacy of holmium laser lithotripsy in the treatment of impacted ureteral calculi.Methods:60 patients with impacted ureteral calculi were selected,they were given the extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy treatment(control group) and holmium laser lithotripsy treatment(observation group).Results:The effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the recurrence rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,both of the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compare with the traditional method of extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy,the technology of laser lithotripsy is more worthy to be popularized.
