目的:探讨甘精胰岛素联合格列苯脲治疗2型糖尿病的临床效果.方法:收治2型糖尿病患者140例,随机分成观察组和对照组各 70 例.对照组给予诺和灵皮下注射,观察组于晨起口服格列苯脲,睡前皮下注射甘精胰岛素.比较两组患者的疗效.结果:经治疗后,观察组患者的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、尿微量蛋白和糖化血红蛋白明显低于对照组(P<0.05).结论:甘精胰岛素联合格列苯脲治疗老年2型糖尿病效果显著.
목적:탐토감정이도소연합격렬분뇨치료2형당뇨병적림상효과.방법:수치2형당뇨병환자140례,수궤분성관찰조화대조조각 70 례.대조조급여낙화령피하주사,관찰조우신기구복격렬분뇨,수전피하주사감정이도소.비교량조환자적료효.결과:경치료후,관찰조환자적공복혈당、찬후2 h혈당、뇨미량단백화당화혈홍단백명현저우대조조(P<0.05).결론:감정이도소연합격렬분뇨치료노년2형당뇨병효과현저.
Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect of insulin glargine combined with glimepiride in the treatment of type 2 diabetes.Methods:140 patients with type 2 diabetes were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 70 cases in each.The control group was given novolin subcutaneous injection.The observation group was given oral glimepiride at morning and insulin glargine subcutaneous injection before sleep.The curative effects of two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the fasting blood glucose,postprandial 2 hours blood glucose,microalbuminuria and glycosylated hemoglobin of the observation group were significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Insulin glargine combined with glimepiride in the treatment of elderly type 2 diabetes have a significant curative effect.
