目的:探讨老年胃溃疡合并胃出血患者的临床治疗效果.方法:收治老年胃溃疡合并胃出血患者42例,按接诊编号分成试验组和对照组,对照组给予传统方法治疗,试验组在该基础上加用奥美拉唑治疗.结果:试验组患者治疗好转率、不良反应率均优于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:临床治疗老年胃溃疡合并胃出血患者过程中使用奥美拉唑效果突出,可改善患者临床症状,降低不良反应.

목적:탐토노년위궤양합병위출혈환자적림상치료효과.방법:수치노년위궤양합병위출혈환자42례,안접진편호분성시험조화대조조,대조조급여전통방법치료,시험조재해기출상가용오미랍서치료.결과:시험조환자치료호전솔、불량반응솔균우우대조조,차이균구유통계학의의(P<0.05).결론:림상치료노년위궤양합병위출혈환자과정중사용오미랍서효과돌출,가개선환자림상증상,강저불량반응.
Objective:To investigate the clinical treatment effect of senile gastric ulcer with gastric hemorrhage.Methods:42 patients with senile gastric ulcer and gastric hemorrhage were selected,they were divided into the experimental group and the control group according to the number of admissions,the control group were given the conventional treatment,the experimental group were treated with omeprazole on the basis of the control group.Results:The treatment recovery rate and total adverse reaction rate of the experimental group patients were superior to those of the control group,the difference had statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Combine with omeprazole in the treatment of senile gastric ulcer with gastric hemorrhage patients the effect is outstanding,and it can improve the clinical symptoms,reduce the adverse reactions.
