目的:探讨过氧化氢低温等离子体灭菌器专用包装材料-无纺布包装物品重复使用的灭菌、阻菌效果及成本构成.方法:分别用新的和使用过1次及2次的过氧化氢低温等离子体灭菌器专用包装材料-无纺布包装物品,经过过氧化氢低温等离子体灭菌器灭菌后,存放于手术室无菌物品存放间. 随机抽取各组试验包:灭菌当天、保存30 d、60 d、90 d,进行无菌检测,并同时进行成本、性能的比较. 结果:3种包装材料,用于包装医疗物品都能达到无菌效果,90 d内都能保持无菌状态,但重复使用的医用无纺布比新的医用无纺布灭菌包装成本明显下降. 结论:重复使用1次及2次的医用无纺布在灭菌包装效果上与新的医用无纺布灭菌、阻菌效果无明显差别.

목적:탐토과양화경저온등리자체멸균기전용포장재료-무방포포장물품중복사용적멸균、조균효과급성본구성.방법:분별용신적화사용과1차급2차적과양화경저온등리자체멸균기전용포장재료-무방포포장물품,경과과양화경저온등리자체멸균기멸균후,존방우수술실무균물품존방간. 수궤추취각조시험포:멸균당천、보존30 d、60 d、90 d,진행무균검측,병동시진행성본、성능적비교. 결과:3충포장재료,용우포장의료물품도능체도무균효과,90 d내도능보지무균상태,단중복사용적의용무방포비신적의용무방포멸균포장성본명현하강. 결론:중복사용1차급2차적의용무방포재멸균포장효과상여신적의용무방포멸균、조균효과무명현차별.
Objective:To investigate sterilization, bacteria resistant effects and the cost of repeated use of packaging materials-non-woven packaging items for low temperature hydrogen peroxide plasma sterilizer. Methods:The new packaging materials-non-woven packaging items for low temperature hydrogen peroxide plasma sterilizer and those used once and twice were put into the storage room for sterile goods of the operating room after being sterilized by low temperature hydrogen peroxide plasma sterilizer. The 3 test packages were randomly selected and sterility testing was made on the same day, 60 d, 90 d and 30 d later respectively, with the costs and the perform-ances compared at the same time. Results:The 3 kinds of packaging materials could achieve the same aseptic effect when used in packing medical items and could keep the same sterile state within 90 d; however, repeated use of medical non-woven packing items cost less than the new ones obviously. Conclusion:There is no significant difference in sterilizing and resisting bacteria between the new packaging materials and those used once and twice.
