目的:探讨规范化健康教育对淋巴瘤治疗间歇期患者中心静脉置管( PICC)的影响。方法按照随机数字表法将68例行PICC治疗的淋巴瘤患者分为对照组和观察组,每组34例。住院期间对照组给予PICC常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上加用规范化健康教育,比较两组治疗间歇期的健康行为能力及PICC相关并发症发生率。结果观察组患者出院1个月健康责任感、躯体活动、营养、心理健康、压力调节、人际关系得分,均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组PICC相关并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论规范化健康教育可提升淋巴瘤PICC治疗间歇期患者的健康行为能力,降低PICC相关并发症发生。

Objective To explore the effects of standardized health education on PICC catheterization during intermittent period of lymphoma treatment. Methods A total of 68 PICC patients with lymphoma treatment were divided into experimental group and control group by random number table on average. During hospitalization, the patients of control group received routine PICC nursing while the patients of experimental group underwent standardized health education based on routine nursing. We compared health behavior ability and incidence rate of PICC complications between two groups in intermittent period. Results One month discharged from hospital in the experimental group, scores were higher than those of the control group in health responsibility, body activity, nutrition, mental health, pressure regulation, human relationships (P<0. 05). The incidence of PICC related complications in the experimental group was lower than that of the control group (P <0. 05). Conclusions The standardized health education can enhance health behavior ability during intermittent period of lymphoma treatment, and reduce incidence of PICC related complications.
