商务英语教师核心能力要素具有独特性与典型性。商务英语能力是商务英语教师的核心竞争力。通过问卷、访谈,教师能力要素解构及再范畴化,重构商务英语教师核心能力范畴及内涵,从而实现其“下”、“上”、“纵”、“横”多维度认知互动。纵向上,上位核心能力范畴由元认知力和一般认知力两个基本范畴构成。前者统摄元认知知识、体验和监控,后者凸显商务英语情感、知识及技能。横向上,元认知监控和商务英语情感分别居核心地位,企业家精神、学科知识面和复合力及商务沟通技能位于一般认知范畴的中心。加强情感及元认知力培养,是提升当前商务英语人力资本价值的有效路径。
商務英語教師覈心能力要素具有獨特性與典型性。商務英語能力是商務英語教師的覈心競爭力。通過問捲、訪談,教師能力要素解構及再範疇化,重構商務英語教師覈心能力範疇及內涵,從而實現其“下”、“上”、“縱”、“橫”多維度認知互動。縱嚮上,上位覈心能力範疇由元認知力和一般認知力兩箇基本範疇構成。前者統攝元認知知識、體驗和鑑控,後者凸顯商務英語情感、知識及技能。橫嚮上,元認知鑑控和商務英語情感分彆居覈心地位,企業傢精神、學科知識麵和複閤力及商務溝通技能位于一般認知範疇的中心。加彊情感及元認知力培養,是提升噹前商務英語人力資本價值的有效路徑。

Core competence is considered core competitiveness of business English teachers.As a major carrier and practitioner of business English competence, business English teachers are endowed with unique abilities which distinguish them from teachers of other disciplines.Adopting a new bottom-up quantitative method based on questionnaire and inter-view, the current research aims to recategorize the core competence of business English teachers, so as to create a multi-dimensional cognitive interaction with the readers.It is found that the core competence of business English teachers can be recategorized from two dimensions.Vertically, the core competence, as a super-ordinate category, is classified into two basic level categories, i.e.metacognition and cognition.The former governs metacognitive knowledge, metacognitive ex-periences and metacognitive regulation, and the latter manifests business English beliefs, knowledge and skills.Horizon-tally, metacognitive regulation and specific beliefs in business English lay in the category center respectively.Disciplinary knowledge, multi-competence and entrepreneurship in business English are prominent members of it.Strengthening cultiva-tion of business beliefs and matecognition could be an effective way to improve the value of business English human capital.
