以现代移动通讯技术构建的移动语言学习平台，研究移动语言学习的可推广性和实效性。结果表明：第一，移动语言学习作为网络信息技术发展的新产物，具备较强的可推广性；第二，移动语言学习对学习者的听力、阅读和写作能力都有显著的促进作用。移动语言学习是当前课堂学习的有效补充，对传统大学英语课堂教学有积极的促进作用。

The present study focuses on the preparedness for mobile assisted language learning and its efficacy on lan-guage development.Based on the mobile assisted language learning platform, it reveals that the college students are eager to accept the new way of learning and this special learning is of great importance for the advancement of listening, reading and writing.All the results of this research will be the great impetus for the reform of college English education.
