Based on the comment of domestic and foreign literature, this paper subdivides the cooperative competition types that may be confronted by organization. Applying the knowledge management and organizational learning theory, it explores full cooperation, full competition, balanced cooperative competition, high cooperation and low competition, high cooperation and high competition, low cooperation and low competition, low cooperation and high competition, cooperation and benefi-cial competition, cooperation and harmful competition and organizational learning strategies in and between network relation-ships. And then, it illustrates the application of different types of cooperative competition and organizational learning strate-gies by taking the automobile industrial organization as an example.
