针对仲十二醇的工业生产中会产生大量的副产烷酮的问题,以混合十二烷酮为原料,Ru配合物为催化剂,经催化氢化制备仲十二醇.研究了催化剂用量﹑碱﹑温度﹑氢气压力﹑反应时间对氢化反应的影响,确定了较佳的工艺参数:十二烷酮与催化剂物质的量比为50000:1,叔丁醇钾为十二烷酮摩尔量的1:100,氢气压力3 MPa,反应温度80℃,反应时间10小时.在此条件下,转化率可达99.3%,产物经由红外吸收光谱表征.研究发现,催化剂在循环使用30次时仍具有较高活性,反应条件温和﹑环境友好,适合工业化生产.

Aimed at 1arge amounts of by-product ketones generated in the industria1 preparation process, the secondary dodecano1 was synthesized by cata1ytic hydrogenation using n-dodecanone (n=2-6) as started ma-teria1 and ruthenium comp1ex as cata1yst. The effects of the amount of cata1yst, base, temperature, hydrogen pressure and reaction time on the hydrogenation were investigated.The optimum parameters are obtained at the mo1ar ratio of dodecanone and cata1yst of 50 000:1, the mo1ar ratio of KOtBu and dodecanone of 1:100, hy-drogen pressure of 3 MPa, reaction temperature of 80℃ and reaction time of 10 h. At this condition, the conversion rate of hydrogenation is up to 99.3%. The product was characterized by infrared spectroscopy. The cata1yst sti11 maintain its activation after 30 times recyc1ing, which demonstrated that the method is mi1d, en-vironmenta11y-friend1y and feasib1e to industria1 production .
