数据采集在测量工作中的重要作用日益凸显,尤其在计量和检测环节更为突出.文章提出了基于VBA的半自动数据采集程序开发方案,采用通讯层次模型,在Excel内嵌的VBA平台上可以方便的进行自动和半自动数据采集程序的开发,特别是对于不能实现自动测量的可以采取半自动的形式,利用标准仪器的程控功能,完成其控制和数据采集,提高工作效率.

The data acquisition becomes more and more important in measurement work, especially in metrology and detection process. This paper gives a partly-automatic data acquisition program development scheme based on VBA. By using communication hierarchy model, the automatic and partly-automatic data acquisition program can be developed on VBA platform embedded in Excel conveniently. It is especially useful for partly-automatic applications where automatic measurement can't be realized. The programmed control function of standard instruments can be used to implement the control them and data acquisition and improve efficiency significantly.
