为制备管式中空聚四氟乙烯纤维膜,探究了管式多层膜的结构特征。采用宽16.0 mm、厚0.2 mm的聚四氟乙烯纤维膜原膜进行包缠烧结,制备了管式中空聚四氟乙烯纤维膜。通过红外光谱和3D 激光显微镜,测试了原膜宽度(16.0~64.0 mm)、包缠层数(6~12层)及添加剂(封闭型异氰酸酯)等不同因素对所制备的管式中空聚四氟乙烯纤维膜的影响。结果表明:通过包缠烧结制备的管式中空聚四氟乙烯纤维膜孔隙率高、整体均匀性好、孔隙相通性好,具有较好的过滤性能。

The structure characteristics were explored for preparation of tubular hollow polytetrafluoroethylene ( PTFE ) fiber membrance. The original of PTFE fiber membrane ( width 16. 0 mm, thickness 0. 2 mm) was prepared into tubular hollow PTFE fiber membrane by wrapped and sintered. The influence of different factors on tubular hollow fiber membrane of the PTFE, including the width of the original film (16. 0 ~64. 0 mm), wrapped layers (6~12 ) , and the addition of additives ( blocking isocyanate ) were examined by infrared spectrum and 3D laser microscope. Result shows that the PTFE tubular hollow fiber membrane by wrapped and sintered has high porosity, overall uniformity, good connectivity of porosity, and a good filtration performance.
