目的:探讨绍兴市某三级医院临床护士分级管理对职业认同度的影响。方法:对临床护士进行N0-N4的分级管理,并采用护士职业认同量表对各级护士抽样396名进行分级管理前后问卷调查对比。结果:该院临床护士的分级管理后职业认同度得分高于分级管理前,差异具有统计学意义( P<0.05)。分级管理前后N3护士职业认同度提升幅度高于N1护士,差异具有统计学意义( P<0.05)。结论:通过对临床护士进行分级管理可提升护士职业认同度;N3护士分级管理前后职业认同度提升快于N1护士。

Objective ] To investigate the effect of clinical nurse hierarchical management on professional identity . [Method ] N0-N4 grading management was applied on clinical nurses ,and the questionnaire surveystowards all levels of 396 nurses with or without hierarchical managementwere carried out by using nurse professional identity scale .[Result] The score of profession-al identity of the clinical nurses after grade managing in the hospital was higher than that without grading ,and the differences have statistical significance ( P<0 .05 ) .The improvement of professional identity of N 3 grade nurses after hierarchical manage-ment was higher than that of N1 grade ,and the differences were statistically significant ( P<0 .05 ) .[Conclusion ] The profes-sional identity of nurses can be promoted by the hierarchical management of clinical nurses . The professional identity in N3 grade nurses after grading management improves remarkably compared with that of N 1 grade.
