目的:探讨PBL教学法在心律失常临床护理教学中的应用效果。方法:选取2012年7月至2013年4月本院心内科毕业实习护生100人为对照组,2013年7月至2014年4月本院心内科毕业实习生102人为观察组,对照组采用传统教学法,观察组采用传统教学法与PBL教学法相结合,比较2组的教学效果。结果:观察组心律失常出科理论成绩和操作成绩均高于对照组( P<0.05)。观察组大部分护生对PBL教学法应用于心律失常临床护理教学持肯定态度。结论:在心律失常护理教学中应用PBL教学法可显著提高护生的实习效果,并能提高护生的自主学习能力和综合素质,还有利于提升带教老师的教学水平,值得推广。

Objective ] To explore the application and effect of PBL teaching fornursing and teaching in arrhythmia field . [Method] 100 nursing students in clinical practice graduation of Cardiologyin July 2012 - April 2013 ,as a control group was-carried out by traditional teaching method ;102 nursing students in clinical practice graduation of Cardiology in July 2013 - April 2014 ,as an observation group wascarried out by PBL teaching method combined with traditional teaching method .Teaching ef-fect of these two groups were compared then .[Result]The arrhythmia theory and practice scores in the observation group were significantly higher than that of the control group ,when they leave the department to another .The majority of the nursing stu-dents in the observation group took a positive attitude to the clinical nursing teaching of arrhythmia in PBL teaching .[Conclu-sion]The use of PBL teaching method can significantly improve the practice effect of nursing students ,markedly improving the learning ability and comprehensive quality of students ,which is helpful forenhancing the teaching level ,therefore ,the method would bewidely used .
