目的：探讨心理护理对于内镜下黏膜剥离术治疗消化道肿瘤患者术后生活质量的影响。方法：收集2013年11月1日至2014年10月31日经超声内镜诊断的早期胃、食管、结肠肿瘤行内镜下黏膜剥离术（ESD ）患者共计51例，按住院号分为实验组31例和对照组20例，对实验组在常规护理基础上增加心理干预措施，2组患者采用生活满意度量表及抑郁自评量表进行测量。结果：经过积极治疗和护理，51例患者均治愈出院，实验组患者出院时的生活满意度显著高于对照组（ P＜0．05），抑郁指数显著低于对照组（ P＜0．05）。结论：高质量的心理护理对ESD患者术后生活质量的提高具有重要意义。
목적：탐토심리호리대우내경하점막박리술치료소화도종류환자술후생활질량적영향。방법：수집2013년11월1일지2014년10월31일경초성내경진단적조기위、식관、결장종류행내경하점막박리술（ESD ）환자공계51례，안주원호분위실험조31례화대조조20례，대실험조재상규호리기출상증가심리간예조시，2조환자채용생활만의도량표급억욱자평량표진행측량。결과：경과적겁치료화호리，51례환자균치유출원，실험조환자출원시적생활만의도현저고우대조조（ P＜0．05），억욱지수현저저우대조조（ P＜0．05）。결론：고질량적심리호리대ESD환자술후생활질량적제고구유중요의의。
Objective ]To explore the effects of psychological nursing on postoperative life satisfaction of patients with early gastrointestinal tumor after endoscopic mucosal dissection .[Method]Fifty-onepatients with early gastric tumor ,esophageal tu-mor or colorectal tumor by endoscopic ultrasonography diagnosis who underwent treatment by endoscopic submucosal dissection from November 1st 2013 to October 31st 2014 at the gastroenterology department of Zhejiang Provincial People’s Hospital were recruited for this study .The patients were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group and the psycho-logical intervention measures were applied in the experimental group .[Result] All patients were cured after active treatment and care .The life satisfaction of the experimental groupwas significantly higher than that of the control group (P< 0 .05 ) .The de-pression index of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P< 0 .05) .[Conclusion] High quality psychological nursing has the vital significance to the success of ESD and the postoperative recovery .
