Through the analysis on existing problems in our construction project cost management,from the optimization of construction organiza-tion design,controlling engineering material cost,strengthening the quotation and contract management three aspects,put forward the counter-measures of project cost management,and discussed the significant of controlling engineering change and claim to cost management,in order to improve the economic benefits of construction enterprises.
