目的：探讨不同镇静方法对机械通气患儿的镇静效果及行为认知的影响。方法选择2013年8月~2015年6月我院接受机械通气及镇静治疗的危重患儿21例作为试验组，选择同期来我院接受机械通气及镇静治疗的危重患儿30例作为对照组，两组患儿均使用咪唑安定及芬太尼镇静，对照组用传统方法使用镇静药物，试验组使用护士镇静管理模式，比较两组镇静效果、撤机后患儿言语陈述时间、定向力恢复时间及智力评分。结果试验组Ramsay评分与对照组比较明显较高，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。试验组患儿言语陈述时间、定向力恢复时间与对照组比较均明显较早，迷津值及译码值与对照组比较均明显较高，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论机械通气患儿使用护士镇静管理模式镇静效果较好，且对行为认知的影响更小，作用明显优于传统方法使用镇静药物。

Objective To investigate the influence of different sedation methods for mechanical ventilation children on the sedation effect and cognitive behavior. Methods 51 cases of critically ill and receiving mechanical ventilation and seda-tion children were selected from Aug 2013 to Jun 2015 in our hospital. 21 cases were considered as the test group , 30 cases of receiving mechanical ventilation and sedation of critically ill children chosen as the same period as the test group considered as the control group. Children of two groups were used midazolam and fentanyl sedation , the control group used traditional methods use of sedative drugs, the test group used sedation management nurses, the sedative effect, after weaning the children verbal presentation time, orientation recovery time, intelligence score of two groups were compared. Results The Ramsay score of the test group was significantly higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The verbal presentation time, orientation recovery time of the test group compared with the control group were significantly shorter. Maze value and decode values of the test group were significantly higher than the control group , the difference was statistically signifi-cant (P<0.05). Conclusion The use of mechanical ventilation in children sedation management is better, and the impact on cognitive behavior smaller role is much better than the traditional method using a sedative and analgesic drugs , which can be popularized in clinical application.
