近年来,包括双三相异步电机在内的多相电机凭借其转矩脉动小、可靠性高等优点,得到越来越广泛的应用。针对一种以双三相异步电机为核心的电动汽车电驱动系统,为使其在具备无速度传感器运行能力的同时,在起动及低速工况下具备良好的带载能力,该文对空间矢量分解方法得到的电机模型中谐波子空间模型的凸极效应进行了分析。在此基础上,该文提出采用反相高频注入方式,在电机两套三相定子绕组中注入大小相同,相位相反的高频信号,通过跟踪谐波子空间中由磁路饱和引起的高频定子漏磁路的凸极,实现一种基于定子磁链定向的无速度传感器控制算法。在一对拖机组上完成的相关实验,验证了所提算法的有效性。结果表明,采用该文算法,可以使电机在低速甚至零速工况下,具有稳定的高转矩输出能力。

Recently, the multiphase machine including dual three phase machine has been widely used due to its superior advantages, such as low torque ripple and high reliability. For an electric vehicle sensorless drive system with the dual three phase induction machine, a good load capacity in start and low speed condition are required. In this paper, the saliency effect in harmonic sub-space of the machine model based on the vector space decomposition method is analyzed. On the basis of it, a stator field oriented sensorless control with antiphase high frequency signal injection is proposed. In this method, high frequency signals with the same amplitude and opposite phase are injected into the two stator three-phase windings and the saturation-induced salience of the stator high frequency leakage path in harmonic sub-space is tracked. The effectiveness of this method is verified by experimental results, which indicate that the machine has the capability of high torque output in low speed even in the zero speed condition.
