针对矩阵变换器电压传输比低的缺点,对基于多轨迹矢量加权过调制方法进行了分析,在此基础上提出一种改进的过调制策略,通过对改进前后输出电压基波幅值和输出电压谐波畸变率进行理论分析,得出改进后过调制方法可以获得更小的输出电压误差和谐波含量。结合矩阵变换器,对改进前后过调制方法的输出性能进行了仿真研究和实验验证,仿真结果表明,改进后过调制策略通过减小基本矢量作用时间,输出电压与参考电压之间的误差明显减小,输出电压谐波含量显著降低。实验结果证明理论分析正确,所提过调制方法可行。
針對矩陣變換器電壓傳輸比低的缺點,對基于多軌跡矢量加權過調製方法進行瞭分析,在此基礎上提齣一種改進的過調製策略,通過對改進前後輸齣電壓基波幅值和輸齣電壓諧波畸變率進行理論分析,得齣改進後過調製方法可以穫得更小的輸齣電壓誤差和諧波含量。結閤矩陣變換器,對改進前後過調製方法的輸齣性能進行瞭倣真研究和實驗驗證,倣真結果錶明,改進後過調製策略通過減小基本矢量作用時間,輸齣電壓與參攷電壓之間的誤差明顯減小,輸齣電壓諧波含量顯著降低。實驗結果證明理論分析正確,所提過調製方法可行。

Aiming at the defect of low voltage transfer ratio in matrix converters, the over-modulation method based on the weighted multi-orbit vector was analyzed, and based on this an improved over-modulation method was presented. The output voltage fundamental amplitude and total harmonic distortion (THD) of output voltage were analyzed before and after using the improved weighted multi-orbit vector method, and then the output voltage error between the referenced value and the actual value and THD of output voltage were smaller with the improved method. The output voltage performances of the matrix converter before and after using the improved weighted multi-orbit vector were simulated and tested. Simulation results indicated that the error between output and given voltage evidently decreased and THD of output voltage were lower with the improved method by decreasing the basic vector working time. Experimental results verified that theoretical analysis was right and the proposed over-modulation method was feasible.
