目的：探讨消癌平注射液联合多西他赛和卡铂治疗晚期肺腺癌的临床疗效。方法选择2012年10月~2015年6月我院收治的晚期肺腺癌患者65例，将患者按照随机数字表法分为两组，研究组33例，采用消癌平注射液联合多西他赛及卡铂治疗，对照组32例，采用多西他赛和卡铂治疗，治疗两个周期后比较两组患者的临床疗效、生活质量、不良反应发生情况。结果研究组总有效率明显高于对照组，生活质量改善患者所占比例明显高于对照组，生活质量下降患者所占比例明显低于对照组，不良反应发生率低于对照组，两组差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论消癌平注射液联合多西他赛和卡铂治疗晚期肺腺癌可提高临床疗效，使患者的生活质量有明显改善，且可降低不良反应发生率，安全性更高，可在临床推广应用。
목적：탐토소암평주사액연합다서타새화잡박치료만기폐선암적림상료효。방법선택2012년10월~2015년6월아원수치적만기폐선암환자65례，장환자안조수궤수자표법분위량조，연구조33례，채용소암평주사액연합다서타새급잡박치료，대조조32례，채용다서타새화잡박치료，치료량개주기후비교량조환자적림상료효、생활질량、불량반응발생정황。결과연구조총유효솔명현고우대조조，생활질량개선환자소점비례명현고우대조조，생활질량하강환자소점비례명현저우대조조，불량반응발생솔저우대조조，량조차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론소암평주사액연합다서타새화잡박치료만기폐선암가제고림상료효，사환자적생활질량유명현개선，차가강저불량반응발생솔，안전성경고，가재림상추엄응용。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of the patients with advanced lung adenocarcinoma treated with Xiaoaiping injection combined with docetaxel and carboplatin. Methods 65 cases of advanced lung cancer were selected from Oct 2012 to Jun 2015 in our hospital, all the patients were divided into two groups according to the random number table, there were 33 cases in the study group, the patients were treated with Xiaoaiping injection combined with docetaxel and carbo-platin, 32 cases of the patients were treated with docetaxel and carboplatin in the control group, the clinical efficacy, quality of life, adverse events of two groups after two cycles treatment were compared. Results The total efficiency and improved pro-portion of patients in quality of life of the study group were significantly higher than the control group , declined proportion of patients in quality of life and the incidence of adverse reactions of the study group were significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Efficacy of the patients with advanced lung adeno-carcinoma treated with Xiaoaiping injection combined with docetaxel and carboplatin is good , the life quality of patients can be significantly improved, it can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and have higher security.
