针对多相交错并联双向DC/DC变换器中的耦合电感器设计困难这一问题,提出具有普遍适用性的耦合电感器通用设计准则。以电感全部对称型耦合电感器的Buck+Boost型交错并联磁集成双向DC/DC变换器为例,研究变换器的Buck 模态转换规律,得到变换器的等效稳态电感和等效暂态电感表达式,推导出变换器的稳态电流纹波和暂态电流响应速度与占空比、相数及电感耦合系数之间的关系。总结出交错并联双向DC/DC变换器中耦合电感的通用设计准则,按照这一准则,在给定占空比时,通过合理选择耦合电感器的耦合系数,可以既减小稳态相电流纹波又提高暂态输出电流响应速度。最后,通过实验验证了通用设计准则的正确性。
針對多相交錯併聯雙嚮DC/DC變換器中的耦閤電感器設計睏難這一問題,提齣具有普遍適用性的耦閤電感器通用設計準則。以電感全部對稱型耦閤電感器的Buck+Boost型交錯併聯磁集成雙嚮DC/DC變換器為例,研究變換器的Buck 模態轉換規律,得到變換器的等效穩態電感和等效暫態電感錶達式,推導齣變換器的穩態電流紋波和暫態電流響應速度與佔空比、相數及電感耦閤繫數之間的關繫。總結齣交錯併聯雙嚮DC/DC變換器中耦閤電感的通用設計準則,按照這一準則,在給定佔空比時,通過閤理選擇耦閤電感器的耦閤繫數,可以既減小穩態相電流紋波又提高暫態輸齣電流響應速度。最後,通過實驗驗證瞭通用設計準則的正確性。

In order to solve the design problem of coupled inductors in multiphase interleaving bidirectional DC/DC convertors, the universal design criterion of coupled inductors with general applicability was proposed. The Buck+Boost interleaving and magnetically integrated bidirectional DC/DC converter was studied under Buck mode with all inductors coupled symmetrically. By analyzing the distribution of modes, the expressions of universal equivalent steady state inductors and transient inductors in multiphase interleaving and magnetically integrated bidirectional DC/DC converters were got. The relationship among steady state current ripple, transient current response speed, duty circle, number of phases and coupling coefficient was deduced. The universal design criterion of coupled inductors in multiphase interleaving and magnetically integrated bidirectional DC/DC converters was summarized. When coupling coefficient was chosen under the design criterion with a constant duty circle, the steady state phase current ripple could be reduced and the transient total output current response speed could be improved at the same time. At last, the design criterion was verified by experiments.
