空冷隐极同步电动机转子风路发生堵塞,导致转子流量减少,绕组局部温升增大,老化加快,寿命降低,此时,进行转子的三维流场计算,总结风量分布规律非常重要。该文以一台转子端部弧段绕组通风入口被挡块局部堵塞的某空冷隐极同步电动机为例,根据流体力学及传热学理论,结合电动机的通风性能及结构特点,建立了定转子流体及转子端部和5、6号槽本体段固体的1/8物理模型及流动与传热耦合求解的数学模型,给出基本假设与相应的边界条件,采用有限体积法,在3号和5号槽端部弧段入风口被挡块局部堵塞的情况下,对三维流场控制方程进行数值求解。结果表明:转子风路入口局部堵塞时,进入电机转子空气量减小,采用一路半通风方式的转子槽端部弧段空气量小,各槽补风量基本相同,与堵塞无关。

It is important to calculate three-dimensional flow field to summarize the distribution law of air volume for some air-cooled non-salient pole synchronous motor when wind path of rotor is blocked which will lead to local temperature of coil rising, aging accelerating and life reducing. So some air-cooled non-salient pole synchronous motor with inlets of wind path of rotor at end arc section locally blocked by stoppers was taken as example and a physical model of 1/8 motor structure and mathematical model of flow and heat transfer coupling solution were established including flow field of stator and rotor and solid parts of rotor end and NO.5 and 6 slots body based on the fluid mechanics and heat transfer theory, combined with the ventilation performance and the structure characteristics of the motor. Then three-dimensional flow fields equations were solved numerically at this situation based on finite volume method according to the basic assumptions and the corresponding boundary conditions. The results show that the air volume flowing into rotor decreases when inlets of rotor wind path are locally blocked and there is less air volume flow at end arc section of slots using one and a half ventilation system, air supplement volume flow is almost same and has nothing to do with blockage.
