通信系统为广域电力系统的可观性和可控性提供了技术保障,但时延、误码和中断等通信故障亦有可能导致电力系统非正常运行甚至引发连锁故障。融合电力与通信的复合系统脆弱性评估对于有针对性的预警和保护系统脆弱环节,具有重要的实用价值。该文分析了通信对电力系统的影响,提出了可反映电力–通信拓扑结构关联性的复合系统关联矩阵。针对该复合系统,首先基于源流路径电气剖分方法、通信系统脆弱性指标以及电力通信业务信息交互脆弱性得到复合系统静态脆弱性矩阵,可评判某一时间断面电力–通信复合系统的脆弱性程度;然后基于电气和通信状态的变化实时更新复合系统脆弱值,形成可评判电力通信复合系统实时脆弱性的动态脆弱性矩阵。通过一个简单电力–通信复合系统的算例说明所提方法的思路,并验证了该方法的有效性。

ABSTRACT:Communication system provides technical support for observability and controllability of Wide-Area Power System. However, communication faults such as time delay, bit error and interruption may lead to abnormal operations, sometimes even cause cascaded failure in electric power system. Therefore, it has practical value to perform the vulnerability assessment of electric power and communication system in order to provide early warnings and protect the vulnerabilities of system. To evaluate the influence of communication system for electric power system, an incidence matrix was proposed to represent the connection pattern of electric power system and communication system. Firstly, a static vulnerability matrix was established in this paper to evaluate the vulnerability of composite system at a particular time section. In order to do so, various methods were used like electrical dissecting algorithm, vulnerability index of communication system, as well as vulnerability of electric power communication service interaction. Next, the real-time vulnerability of composite system was updated based on the charge of electric power and communication state. Dynamic vulnerability matrix to evaluate the real-time vulnerability of composite system was established as a result at the end. The proposed method was presented and validated in this paper by using an example of a simple composite system.
