目的：探讨彩色多普勒超声检查眼底动脉血流对诊断糖尿病并发眼底动脉早期病变的价值。方法利用彩色多普勒超声检测糖尿病患者眼底动脉，获得眼动脉（OA）、视网膜中央动脉（CRA）的血流频谱，并测量其参数：收缩期峰值速度（PSV）、舒张末期速度（EDV）、阻力指数（RI）、搏动指数（PI）。结果糖尿病患者OA、CRA血流频谱均表现为波峰消失呈圆钝状，S2>S1，31例PSV表现为血流加速型，68例PSV表现为血流减慢型，均伴有舒张末流速降低及RI、PI均有不同程度的增高。结论利用彩色多普勒超声动态检测眼底动脉血流情况，判断视网膜血液循环功能，对糖尿病患者眼底动脉发生早期病变的诊断与防治有一定价值。
목적：탐토채색다보륵초성검사안저동맥혈류대진단당뇨병병발안저동맥조기병변적개치。방법이용채색다보륵초성검측당뇨병환자안저동맥，획득안동맥（OA）、시망막중앙동맥（CRA）적혈류빈보，병측량기삼수：수축기봉치속도（PSV）、서장말기속도（EDV）、조력지수（RI）、박동지수（PI）。결과당뇨병환자OA、CRA혈류빈보균표현위파봉소실정원둔상，S2>S1，31례PSV표현위혈류가속형，68례PSV표현위혈류감만형，균반유서장말류속강저급RI、PI균유불동정도적증고。결론이용채색다보륵초성동태검측안저동맥혈류정황，판단시망막혈액순배공능，대당뇨병환자안저동맥발생조기병변적진단여방치유일정개치。
Objective To discuss the value of detecting blood flow of early ocular fundus artery affection of diabetes by color Doppler ultrasound. Methods Blood stream frequency spectrum of OA and CRA was gained respectively by detecting patients with non-insulin dependent diabetes (NIDD) by color Doppler ultrasound, and measure its parameters: peak systolic velocity, enddiastolic velocity, resistance index and pulse index. Results Blood tream frequency spectrum of two blood vessel CRA and OA showed that the peak disappeared with blunt round,and S2>S1,some of which showed blood flow acceleration and blood flow deceleration,but both with lower enddiastolic velocity and higher RI and PI. Conclusion It is very important for diagnosis and prevention of diabetic retinopathy to detect blood flow of artery and branches of ocular fundus artery dynamically and to perceive the metergasis of retinal circulation.
