对纳米纤维素(CNC)和蒙脱土(MMT)进行有机改性,制备了一系列的经纳米纤维素﹑蒙脱土,以及两者混合改性的聚乳酸(PLA)薄膜,并通过红外测试研究了薄膜的化学结构。用拉伸实验研究了纳米纤维素和有机蒙脱土(OMMT)对PLA薄膜机械性能的影响,结果显示,CNC和OMMT的加入分别提升了PLA的断裂伸长率和拉伸强度。两种改性剂同时改性的复合薄膜的拉伸强度及断裂伸长率均得到提高,且优于单一添加。热重分析测试结果显示,OMMT使得聚乳酸热稳定性明显提高,但CNC的加入会使聚乳酸的热稳定性有所降低。通过扫描电镜观察薄膜的表面形貌,发现两种添加剂均在聚乳酸中均匀分散,而在添加两种添加剂的复合薄膜中,蒙脱土的分布呈海岛结构。

After modifying ce11u1ose nanocrysta1s(CNC) and montmori11onite(MMT) organica11y, a series fi1ms, inc1uding pure po1y1actic acid(PLA), CNC or organic montmori11onite(OMMT) modified PLA, and CNC/OMMT mixed-modified PLA were prepared. The chemica1 structures of PLA and PLA composites were char-acterized by FT-IR. The effect of CNC and OMMT on the mechanica1 properties of PLA was studied by ten-si1e test. The results reveal that the additions of CNC and OMMT improve the elongation at break and tensile strength of PLA,respectively, and CNC/OMMT mixed-modified PLA shows better properties than sing1e addi-tive-moditied PLA. The resu1t of thermogravimetric ana1ysis shows that the thermostabi1ity of PLA is enhanced by adding OMMT, while is reduced by mixing CNC. The surface morpho1ogy of the fi1ms was observed by scanning e1ectron microscope. The images show that CNC and OMMT disperse in PLA evenly, and OMMT presents sea is1and structure in CNC/OMMT mixed-modified PLA fi1m.
