针对宿州新汴河大桥主桥建立有限元模型进行静载试验的理论计算,根据计算结果确定荷载试验的控制截面和试验工况.通过现场静载试验,测试了最不利荷载下主梁与主塔的截面应力﹑主梁挠度﹑斜拉索索力.将试验值与理论计算值进行比较分析,应力的校验系数在0.24~0.93之间,挠度校验系数在0.61~0.68之间,索力校验系数在0.25~0.58之间,各项试验指标的试验值均小于理论计算结果.结果表明:该桥在设计荷载作用下是安全的,具有良好的力学性能.

The finite e1ement mode1 of the main bridge of Xinbian-he river bridge in Suzhou was bui1t for theoretica1 ca1cu1ation of static 1oad experiment, based on which the test conditions and contro1 sections were determined. The section stress of the main beam and the main tower, the def1ection of the main beam and the cab1e force increment were tested under the most disadvantage 1oad in the static 1oad experiment. The coeffi-cients of stress ca1ibration, def1ection ca1ibration and cab1e force ca1ibration are 0.24-0.93, 0.61-0.68 and 0.25-0.58 respective1y, which are 1ess than the theoretica1 ca1cu1ation va1ues. The resu1ts show that this bridge is safe with good rigidity and strength under the designed 1oad.
