在产学研协同创新理论分析的基础上对产学研协同创新主体及其客观效用进行界定,建立包含经济效益、知识效益及人才培养效益3个一级指标及15个二级指标在内的主体客观效用评价体系,并运用层次分析法确定指标权重,得到产、学、研三个主体的评价指标体系。结果表明:企业在参与产学研协同创新中应以经济效益为重,同时注重人才培养;高校应以人才培养为重,并加强对知识的积累;科研院所应以知识效益为重,同时注重创新人才的培养。

Based on the analysis of industry-university-research collaborative innovation theory,defi-nitions about the three subjects of industry-university-research collaborative innovation and their objec-tive utility were made.Then evaluation system of objective utility was constructed,which included three first-level indexes:economic effectiveness,knowledge production and personnel training and 1 5 second-level indexes.By using analytic hierarchy process (AHP),the index weight was determined and we established an evaluation index system for each subjective of industry-university-research collaborative innovation.The result shows that:enterprises involved in collaborative innovation should focus on economic efficiency and pay attention to personnel training;and universities should focus on personnel training and enhance the accumulation of knowledge;and research institutes should focus on the knowledge output and pay attention to personnel training.
