Xiang Dialect is habitually called as "Hunan Hua". Shuangfeng language is the representative one of Xiang dialect. This paper tries to describe and analyze the phonology of Shuangfeng Language to show the original features of traditional Xiang Dialect, and to have a further detailed description based on the existing studies.
