Spontaneous pneumothorax%Treatment%Observation
目的：探讨自发性气胸的临床治疗。方法：收治自发性气胸患者194例，对患者进行治疗，比较临床效果。结果：治愈177例，因重症原发病死亡1例，后续自行转院或转手术16例。结论：对首次自发性气胸者，目前常规治疗是先穿刺抽气，无效后再行胸腔闭式引流或外科手术治疗。

목적：탐토자발성기흉적림상치료。방법：수치자발성기흉환자194례，대환자진행치료，비교림상효과。결과：치유177례，인중증원발병사망1례，후속자행전원혹전수술16례。결론：대수차자발성기흉자，목전상규치료시선천자추기，무효후재행흉강폐식인류혹외과수술치료。
Objective:To discuss the clinical treatment of spontaneous pneumothorax.Methods:194 patients with spontaneous pneumothorax were selected,to compare the clinical effect of the treatment.Results:177 cases were cured,1 case died because of severe primary disease,16 cases of self referral or follow-up operation.Conclusion:In the first spontaneous pneumothorax,the conventional treatment of the first is puncture and drainage, and then do the chest closed drainage or surgical treatment.
