教学设计的目的是帮助学生学习,或者说为学生的学习服务。教学设计必须关注学生,关注培养人这一教学的终极目的。培养什么样的人是教育的根本问题,当然也是教学设计的根本问题。然而事实上,很多语文教师对于这一本位的探索与实践仍是浅尝辄止。有些年长的教师年年写教案,用的是一个版本;年年教学生,用的是一个模式,而有些年轻教师则喜欢东拼西凑,甚至照搬照抄。似乎教学设计这块大蛋糕是钢铁做的,老者没胃口,年轻人没胆量。下面我结合自己多年的教学经历和感悟,针对小学语文阅读教学设计谈谈几点反思:备课是基础;切入是关键;思路是支点;读悟是精髓。

Teaching design aims to help or serve students' learn-ing, so it must concern about students, as well as the ultimate goal of teaching, namely cultivating people. What kinds of people to cultivate is the essential issue of education, and naturally that of teaching design. But in fact, many Chinese teachers stop after getting a little achievement in the exploration and practice of it. Some senior teachers write lesson plans every year and the same version of teaching plan and model is used for all students, while some young teachers like to put all sorts of things together and even mechanically copy others' achievements. Teaching design seems to be a piece of cake that senior teachers are not interested in while young teachers don't have the courage to taste. Combined with the writer's many years of teaching experience, this paper discusses several reflections on the reading teaching design of primary Chinese: lesson preparation is the foundation; break-through point is the key;idea is the pivot point;reading experi-ence is the essence.
