对食品安全公益诉讼自建立以来久未破题的难点进行探问，准确提炼诉讼前、诉讼中、诉讼后三个不同阶段的难点及其影响程度与结果，从而提出建议措施。研究表明，化解起诉要件、诉讼成本、诉讼收益、证据、执行与宣传等各方面的难点，有利于食品安全公益诉讼的构建、完善与实施。

The paper discusses difficulties lying in food safety public interest litigation.The study shows that resolving difficult points from elements of prosecution,cost and benefit of litigation,subjective factors,evidence,execution and propagation is beneficial to the construction,improvement and implementation of food safety public interest litigation.
