为了摆脱道教的边缘化困境，南朝道士陆修静以重整斋醮科仪为突破点，大量吸收主流价值观中的孝道伦理。一方面，使斋醮科仪转化为超度九祖的宗教仪式，成为忏悔不孝之罪和践行孝道伦理的重要途径；另一方面，借助孝道践行的心性修炼功能和感恩回报心理，增强斋醮科仪的恬静去欲功效和内在精神动力。陆修静的改革不仅有力地促进了统治阶级对道教的认同，强化了孝道教化的效果，对于现代社会重新认识道德的身心调养功能，亦具有深刻的启示意义。

In order to get rid of the marginalized dilemma of Taoism,LU Xiujing who was a famous Taoist in the Southern Dynasty re-formed Zhaijiao Keyi by absorbing filial piety which was the mainstream value.On one hand,he turned Zhaijiao Keyi into religious rites which could deliver ancestors’souls,and ways to practice filial piety.On the other hand,with the aid of cultivating mind and thanksgiving,Taoists could be more powerful to control themselves and enhance their inner spiritual power.The reform advanced by LU Xiujing not only promoted ruling class to accept Taoism,but also strengthened the effect of filial piety education.It also provides en-lightenment for modern people to rediscover the body nursing function of moral.
