Effective teachers are capable teachers, which have the teaching style of the individual. Effective teachers' quality is the basic condition of the psychological and behavior quality that teachers should have to accomplish the teaching task. Effective teachers' quality structure can be summed up in three aspects:first, loving education, loving teaching; second, reading exten-sively and having a broad vision;third, learning from each other and promoting pupils' virtues and correcting their defects.
