目的:探讨我院护生临床实习前综合培训的效果。方法:随机选取2012级四年制本科护生在实习前9周开展综合培训,内容包括26项护理操作技能强化训练并考核、综合理论知识考核、实习前动员及思想教育、沟通技能培训等。结果:护生在培训前后SAS评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),护生操作技能考核成绩明显提高。结论:实习前进行综合培训可有效缓解护生的心理压力,改善护生实习前的焦虑心理,有利于护生顺利走上实习岗位。

목적:탐토아원호생림상실습전종합배훈적효과。방법:수궤선취2012급사년제본과호생재실습전9주개전종합배훈,내용포괄26항호리조작기능강화훈련병고핵、종합이론지식고핵、실습전동원급사상교육、구통기능배훈등。결과:호생재배훈전후SAS평분비교,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05),호생조작기능고핵성적명현제고。결론:실습전진행종합배훈가유효완해호생적심리압력,개선호생실습전적초필심리,유리우호생순리주상실습강위。
Objective: To explore the effect of comprehensive training of nursing students before clinical practice in our college. Methods:Grade 2012 four-year undergraduate nursing students were randomly selected to carry out the comprehensive training in the first 9 weeks of their practice. The contents include 26 nurs-ing skills training and assessment, comprehensive theoretical knowledge assessment, training and ideological education, com-munication skills training and so on. Results:The scores of SAS showed significant differences before and after the comprehensive training ( <0.05). The performance of nursing students' operation skills was improved obviously. Conclusion:Comprehensive train-ing before clinical practice can effectively reduce the psychologi-cal pressure of nursing students, alleviate the anxiety of nursing students before practice, and it is beneficial to the students to go on to practice.
