物业管理行业是伴随现代城市化发展而产生的服务行业,物业管理行业的升级和转型也是房地产市场不断向前发展的有力保障。物业企业需要懂经济、会经营、善管理的复合型人才。目前物业管理专业人才流失现象比较普遍,严重影响了物业管理的向前发展和升级。针对上述情况,通过分析物业管理企业人才的现状,从个体、企业、社会三个层面探讨人才流失的原因,提出预防物业管理人才流失的有效措施。

The property management industry is a kind of service industry which grows with the development of modern urbanization.Its upgrading and transformation has served as an important guarantee for the continued advancement of the property market.The property management companies require compound talents who understand economics and know management and administration.The brain drain is currently a common phenomenon in property management companies which has a crippling effect on the continued development and upgrading of property management companies.In view of the above,in this study we analyzed the status of talents in property manage-ment companies,explored the causes of the brain drain concerning three aspects of individuals,companies and the society,and devel-oped some effective measurements to prevent brain drain in property management industry.
