目的:“食品理化检验技术”理论和实验课程是食品质量与安全专业的重要课程,本文结合我校存在的该课程的实际问题,通过改革,切实提高食品质量与安全专业人才培养质量。方法:结合本校的“食品理化检验技术”课程存在的问题,如课程设置重点不突出、课程设置与实际脱轨、考试设计存在缺陷等实际问题,通过加强理论学习、改革实验教学内容、改革教学方式等方法,全面提高学生实际学习效果。结果:通过课程设置和教学内容等多方面改革,切实解决了本校该课程的实际问题,全面提高了学生的综合素质和实际实验动手能力。结论:本课程设置和教学内容等改革与探索可为学生的发展打下坚实的食品理化检验技术的基础,全面培养食品质量与安全专业的高水平技术人才。

Objective: The theory and experimental course of"Food Physical and Chemical Inspection Technology" is one of the important courses for the major of food quality and safety. In the current paper, the authors put forward the problems of food physical and chemical inspection technology course in Jilin Uni-versity based on years of teaching experience, and put forward the corresponding teaching reform measures for the problems, in or-der to provide a train of thought for improving food quality and safety professionals. Methods:The authors combined with the ex-isting problems of food physical and chemical inspection tech-nology course in Jilin University, for example, the curriculum emphasis is not prominent, the curriculum stays away from reali-ty, examination design presents defects and other practical prob-lems, through strengthening theoretical study, reforming the ex-periment teaching content, reforming teaching methods and so on, in order to improve students' practical learning effect compre-hensively. Results: Through the curriculum reform and teaching content reform, , the existing problems can be resolved practi-cally and students' comprehensive quality and practical experi-ment ability can be promoted. Conclusion: The reformation and exploration of curriculum setting and teaching content can lay a solid foundation of food physical and chemical inspection tech-nology for students' development and cultivate high level of food quality and safety professional technical professionals.
