根据新的实训教学思路，在教学内容、实践教学手段、实训实施过程、实训监控、实训考核与评价等方面对涂料生产应用实训课程进行改革与实践。改革以应用为主导，强调实训理论与实践的结合，创新了实训内容，学生的主动性和团队合作意识提高，学生综合素质得到提升。

Guided by new ideas of practical training, a series of reforms are carried out on the practical course of Coating Production and Application including the teaching content, teaching method, teaching process, practical training moni-toring, assessment and evaluation. The reforms put application in the lead, emphasize the integration of theory and prac-tice and innovate the content of practical training. In so doing, the initiative, team spirit and comprehensive ability of students are improved.
