AP 1 000 MW核电汽轮机组是目前世界上单机容量最大,运行参数最高的核电发电机组.油动机是汽轮机调节保安系统的执行机构,对其快关缓冲特性有较严格的要求.以油动机液压缸中的圆锥型柱塞缓冲的快速关闭过程为研究对象,从缓冲机理入手,建立了其数学模型,并在此基础上进行了油动机液压缸缓冲特性的仿真及实验研究,为油动机液压缸缓冲结构的设计提供了理论依据.

AP 1 000 MW nuclear steam turbine unit has the greatest capacity and the largest operation parameters among the nuclear power generators in the world. The servomotor is the actuator of the steam turbine governing and safety system; which imposes strict requirement for its quick closing buffering characteristic. Taking buffering in quick closing process of the conical piston of the hydraulic cylinder in the servomotor as the main research objec-tive, building mathematical model in considering of buffering mechanism, then simulating and experimental study on buffering characteristic, providing theoretical basis for servo motor of the hydraulic cylinder cushion structure de-sign.
