思想政治理论课经过多次改革之后逐渐成为高校德育的主要渠道，对塑造大学生健康的价值观、世界观和人生观发挥了重要作用。但是，随着“80后”、“90后”甚至“00后”这些新生代逐渐成为大学生主体，高校思想政治理论课在内容和方法上如何适应这些新生代受众群体的特征就成为了课程改革的焦点。本文对新生代大学生受众的特征进行了分析，并结合受众特点提出了高校思想政治理论内容和方法上改革的方向和措施。

After many times of reforms, ideological and political theory course has gradually become the main channel for univer-sity moral education, playing an important role in shaping uni-versity students' healthy outlooks on values, world and life. How-ever, with such new generations as "post-80s", "post-90s" and even "post-00s" gradually becoming the main university stu-dents, how the contents and methods of university ideological and political theory course adapt to the characteristics of the new generations has become the focus of the course reform. This paper analyzes the characteristics of the new generation of university students as the audiences, and combined with their characteris-tics, proposes the direction and measures for the content and method reform of university ideological and political theory course.
