This paper combines Burma depot civil construction process management examples and problems, discuss that the process of civil construction is performed as per speciifed methods and procedures, so make the project quality meet the requirements of the contract. This paper is suitable for civil construction process management before the construction of the depot ground civil construction from start to completion.
