有源可控机构是现代机构学的发展趋势之一。为了改善机械压力机的滑块运动特性,首先以运动可控的伺服电机作为冲压机构的驱动元件,构建有源可控冲压机构;然后采用Beckhoff嵌入式PC作为控制器,组建基于PC的控制系统;最后按照轨迹规划界面,对可控冲压机构进行变速输入控制实验,实现了多种典型冲压工艺。实验结果表明,基于PC的变速输入可控冲压机构可有效改善机械压力机的滑块运动特性。
有源可控機構是現代機構學的髮展趨勢之一。為瞭改善機械壓力機的滑塊運動特性,首先以運動可控的伺服電機作為遲壓機構的驅動元件,構建有源可控遲壓機構;然後採用Beckhoff嵌入式PC作為控製器,組建基于PC的控製繫統;最後按照軌跡規劃界麵,對可控遲壓機構進行變速輸入控製實驗,實現瞭多種典型遲壓工藝。實驗結果錶明,基于PC的變速輸入可控遲壓機構可有效改善機械壓力機的滑塊運動特性。

Active controllable mechanism is one of developing trends of modern kinematic of machinery. In order to im-prove the slide kinematic characteristics of mechanical presses, firstly motion-controllable servo motors were used as the driving elements of punching mechanisms. Then, an embedded PC of Beckhoff was adopted as the controller to set up the control system based on PC. Finally, control experiments of controllable punching mechanism with variable input speed were conducted according to the interface of trajectory planning, and some typical stamping technologies were ac-tualized. The experiment results show that, based on PC control, the controllable punching mechanism with variable in-put speed can improve the slide kinematic characteristics of mechanical presses effectively.
