随着社会的进步和医疗事业改革的深入,加强医务人员人文素质的培养已成为医院基础建设和长远发展的必然要求。而医学生作为医院工作的后备力量,良好的人文素质是医学生应当具备的基本素质和从事医疗职业的必备条件,尤其在医患矛盾日益紧张的今天,如何合理的与患者沟通以使有效医疗的顺利进行,人文素养占据举足轻重的位置,加强医学生人文素质的培养成为医学高校面临的重要工作。诊断学作为医学生步入临床工作的奠基石,是医学生将基础课程与临床课程有效连接的枢纽,能否将人文素质课程融入医学诊断学教学,是培养高素质的医疗人才和医改的关键。笔者客观分析医学生人文素质培养的重要意义,探讨对医学生进行人文素质的教育的实践措施,以期为各临床医学院校提供简单的人文素质培养参考方案,为我国医药卫生领域培养合格的中坚力量。

With the rapid development of society and gradual thoroughness of medical and health care reform,the cultivation of humanistic quality of the medical workers becomes the inevitable requirement of hospital infrastructure and long?term development.As the reserve force of hospital,It′s necessary to possess the humanistic quality for medical students which meanwhile is a precondition for the future career in the medical profession, especially in today's increasingly tense doctor?patient contradiction. How to possess a reasonable communication with the patients in order to obtain sufficient trust, then to achieve successful progress of the effective medical remains vital in diagnositics teaching.Humanities occupy a pivotal position, thus the cultivation of humanistic quality education is a thorny problem to medical colleges. Diagnostics as a cornerstone of clinical work,is a connecting pivot of basic course and clinical course for medical students. Integrating humanistic quality curriculum in medical diagnostics teaching would be the key to cultivate high quality talents in medical and health field,and also is the critical point for the medical education reform. In order to provide a relevant reference schemes for the medical colleges and cultivate the excellent elites for China′s medical field, the significance of medical students′ humanistic quality cultivation and specific practice measures for medical were explored.
