目的：了解我院口服降糖药的临床应用情况，为临床用药提供参考。方法采用回顾性分析法，对我院2012－2014年临床应用的口服降糖药品种、销售金额、用药频度（ DDDs）、日均费用（ DDC）等数据进行收集、统计和分析。结果2012－2014年我院口服降糖药的年销售金额持续增加，销售金额前三位的是阿卡波糖片、瑞格列奈片和格列齐特缓释片；DDDs最高的四种药物为阿卡波糖片、格列美脲片、盐酸二甲双胍片和格列齐特缓释片；DDC较高的为磷酸西格列汀片、维格列汀片和沙格列汀片，较低的有格列齐特片、格列本脲片和格列喹酮片。结论我院口服降糖药使用基本合理，符合指南推荐。
목적：료해아원구복강당약적림상응용정황，위림상용약제공삼고。방법채용회고성분석법，대아원2012－2014년림상응용적구복강당약품충、소수금액、용약빈도（ DDDs）、일균비용（ DDC）등수거진행수집、통계화분석。결과2012－2014년아원구복강당약적년소수금액지속증가，소수금액전삼위적시아잡파당편、서격렬내편화격렬제특완석편；DDDs최고적사충약물위아잡파당편、격렬미뇨편、염산이갑쌍고편화격렬제특완석편；DDC교고적위린산서격렬정편、유격렬정편화사격렬정편，교저적유격렬제특편、격렬본뇨편화격렬규동편。결론아원구복강당약사용기본합리，부합지남추천。
Objective To investigate the utilizing situation of oral hypoglycemic agents ( OHAs ) in our hospital and to provide the clinical reference for rational use of OHAs.Methods By retro-spective analysis, the utilization of OHAs in our hospital from 2012 to 2014 was collected and analyzed statistically in respect of drug categories, consumption sum, DDDs and DDC.Results The consumption sum of OHAs in our hospital increased from 2012 to 2014.Acarbose, repaglin-ide and gliclazide sustained-release tablets ranked the first three places in consumption sum. The first four places of DDDs were respectively acarbose,glimepiride,metformin and gliclazide sustained-release tablets.Sitagliptin,vildagliptin and saxagliptin had the higher DDC,while gli-clazide,glibenclamide and gliquidone had the lower DDC.Conclusion The utilization of OHAs in our hospital is rational on the whole and meets the guideline of treatment of T2DM.
